Kyrgyzstan's "The Nomad Trio" to perform in the Opening Ceremony of Intervision 2026

The stage is set for a significant return. Kyrgyzstan's acclaimed Nomad Trio, fresh off their historic second-place triumph at the Intervision Song Contest 2025 in Moscow, is reportedly slated to perform at the opening ceremony of the next edition of the contest in Saudi Arabia in 2026. 

The announcement of the Nomad Trio's prospective performance comes from a report published by AKIpress, a prominent Kyrgyz news agency. The news agency stated that the group "plans to perform at the opening ceremony of the next Intervision song contest, which will take place in Saudi Arabia." This information emerged following the trio's celebrated return to Bishkek, where they were met with a warm national reception after their impressive showing.

The Nomad Trio captivated audiences and an international jury alike with their distinctive sound and powerful stage presence, securing the silver medal with their song "Jalgiz Saga." Their high placement marked a significant achievement for Kyrgyzstan and Central Asian music in the revived contest.
